SHIPPING POLICY
Return Policy: - After
Item is delivered, for product malfunctions Contact Us within 7 business days.
- REFUND is given by EXCHANGE, ONLY.
No CASH Refunds.
- All manufacturer
defects of any kind will be handled by EXCHANGE, ONLY. The item must be in the original PACKING BOX.
- For any damaged item by the shipper, accept the delivery, MAKE A DAMAGE
NOTE ON THE SHIPPING SLIP YOU SIGN AND CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY.
- ALL delivered DAMAGED ITEMS will be replaced with an exchange ONLY at NO COST
to the Buyer. The buyer will pay for All shipping cost for any damaged items returned. The exchange replacement
item will be shipped at NO COST to the buyer.
- All Warranty details are always
handled by the Manufacturer of any product.
- We are committed to your satisfaction. You can trust the manufacturer's quality and Warranty on ALL products.
Additional Shipping NOTES: - Ship
out time is usually 3-5 business days after Payment is successfully secured into our Account.
- Shipping transit time will add additional business days to the product based on delivery address
location.
- "NO" products are shipped out on an emergency overnight
basis.
- All Buyers are responsible for any Custom Border Fees, Brokerage Charges,

safe delivery. When any product is damaged in transit, always Contact J&R Enterprises immediately. All transit damaged
products that are rendered unusable will be handled as "EXCHANGE ONLY", to make the Buyer whole.
- Any product deemed as undesirable by the Buyer after delivery, shall be negoiated between the Seller
& Buyer and a RESTOCKING FEE will be the responsibility of the Buyer including any return shipping costs. All items returned
