In the event a customer wants to cancel an existing order, there may or may not be a cancellation
fee. If the order is still pending, there is no fee to cancel an item. If
stock has been received and the credit card has been charged, then a service 10% fee
will be deducted off the credit.

a cancelled order. If an order has been processed and packed to ship, it may not be possible to cancel that
